In order to maintain food safety and to satisfy legal requirements as well as expectations of clients, we have implemented and keep developing the GlobalGAP as well as HACCP system for post-harvest activities (blanching, freezing, packaging, transport).
From the preparation of soil to sowing, all activities are closely supervised and registered.
Our products are tested for potential contents of heavy metals or pesticides.
We ensure traceability of our products.
In our operations, we take account of various aspects of the impact our agricultural production has on the environment.
We personally supervise the course of releasing products for dispatch. All relevant rules are effectively communicated to our staff (also seasonal workers).
